Class: Chen-style Tai Chi 18 Form (Beginner Level)

General Description:

Chen-style Tai Chi is characterized by moves that are more vigorous, containing abundant punching movements, attack movements and more obvious self defense applications.  Low physically demanding stances accompany slow flowing or fast explosive movements.

Practicing Chen-style over time will help you develop more energy as the internal mental tranquility complements the external movements of the body to become more balanced, flexible and physiologically healthier.

In this class you will learn and  practicing foundational steps of Chen-style; practices and instructs the Chen-style 18 form movements; this class is for beginner level and all ages.
