The Tai Chi Boot Camp class focuses on intense training of foundational Tai Chi skills. The first part of class will be comprised of warm-up exercises (Zhan Zhuang) and drills (stepping, kicking, etc) to prepare for training.
The second part of class will focus on Silk Reeling (smooth, continuous, internally-connected movement) and Fa Jin (explosive release of energy), which form the basis of advanced Tai Chi skills.
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
