Class: Sun-Style Tai Chi 24 Form

Sun-Style Tai Chi combines traditional Tai Chi with influences from Xing Yi Quan and Bagua Zhang. It is known as Tai Chi for Arthritis because its fluid movements can help improve joint health, potentially preventing arthritis or improving its symptoms. Practicing Sun-Style Tai Chi regularly improves blood circulation, strengthens muscles, and loosens the joints throughout the body.

In this session, you will learn the fundamental postures and stances of Sun-Style Tai Chi and receive detailed instruction of the beginner-level Sun-Style Tai Chi 24 form.
