Class: Tai Chi Flow & Qi Gong Yi Jin Jing (All Levels)

Tai Chi Flow focuses on teaching the fundamental postures and movements that form the essence of Tai Chi. Rather than teaching a particular form, simple combinations of foundational movements are taught that allow students to focus on the core principles of Tai Chi without having to be concentrate on a complex set of movements.
 
In this class, beginners will get a gentle introduction to Tai Chi while advanced students will be able to refine their fundamentals and improve their overall mastery of Tai Chi.
 
Sifu Wu will also teach Qi Gong Yi Jin Jing (Tendon-Muscle Strengthening Exercise), a Qi Gong form focused on enhancing health and wellness. Students will receive step-by-step instruction for each of the postures and related breathing for this Health Qi Gong form.
 
Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
