Class: Tai Chi/Qi Gong Flow

The Tai Chi/Qi Gong Flow class focuses on teaching the fundamental postures and movements that form the essence of Tai Chi. Rather than teaching a particular form, simple combinations of foundational movements are taught that allow students to focus on the core principles of Tai Chi without having to be concentrate on a complex set of movements. In addition, Qi Gong exercises are incorporated to further enhance health and wellness.

In this class, students will get relaxation for both their body and mind and improve their strength, balance, and flexibility. Beginners will get a gentle introduction to Tai Chi and Qi Gong while advanced students will be able to refine and improve their foundational skills.

Prerequisites: The class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
