Class: Yang-Style Tai Chi 16 Form & Qi Gong Yi Jin Jing (All Levels)

Yang-Style Tai Chi is the most popular and widely practiced form of Tai Chi. Its movements are larger, gentle, slow and evenly-paced. Regular practice of Yang-Style Tai Chi improves general health for the practitioner as the exercise keeps the joints flexible and the bones and muscles strong.

In this class, students will learn and practice foundational steps and techniques of Yang-Style Tai Chi through a step-by-step introduction to the Yang-Style Tai Chi 16 Form.

Students will also learn Qi Gong Yi Jin Jing (Muscle/Tendon Stretching Exercise), a Qi Gong form focused on enhancing health and wellness. Students will receive step-by-step instruction for each of the postures and related breathing for this Health Qi Gong form.

Prerequisites: This class is suitable for students of all levels and all ages.
